What to expect…
Yoga, Relaxation & Meditation
This weekend away is unfused with a variety of yoga sessions, meditation and relaxation sessions. Dynamic flows in the morning and unwinding, gentle yin in the evenings with meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation throughout.

Sharing Circles
A special experience of connection as we hold space for each other to journal, reflect and share (as little or as much as you like!). These circles are incredibly special and powerful.

Drum Circle
Rhythm, fun and laughter! Our drum circle has us beating to the rhythm of our soul amidst the laughter and lightness of simple joy!

Accommodation & Meals
Our private house has single and twin bedroom options with four shared bathrooms. Comfortable and spacious rooms surround communal break out areas with the warmth of a cosy fire place. All meals are included – delicious and home cooked by our local chef. All dietary requirements are catered for.
