Stretch with Grace
We begin with a gentle 30 minute yoga flow to alleviate aches and pains in the body and calm the nervous system.
No previous yoga experience needed!
We will work through releasing tension around the neck, shoulders and spine, preparing the body and mind to use our voice with clarity, openness and truth.



Grace and Fiona are both passionate and experts in their field. An exciting fusion to boost confidence and relaxation.

Sing with Fiona
Fiona will lead us in an introductory Singing Circle. We’ll get familiar with using our breath & voice – our own unique instrument! Then we’ll move onto learning some simple chants , songs and harmonies. (taught by ear – no sheet music).
No stress, no solos, no pressure – just enjoy the Feel Good mood boost that comes from letting our voices flow freely.
You’ll come away with an some important tools for self-regulation, a relaxed confidence, and a big smile.
No singing experience required. Absolute beginners and shy singers welcome.


When you move the body, breathe and sing, blood is pumped through your body which stimulates the production of 3 amazing hormones: endorphins, dopamine and oxytocin.
These are our feel good hormones that promote relaxation and well-being.
It also suppresses the stress-producing hormone, cortisol.
